All the Byron Bay nonsense I was forced to endure during episode SIX of Byron Baes
i NEVER said she was fake, I just said she had no substance and isn't real and I don't like her. Also, I did say she was fake.
Liv Tyler, Laugh Tyler, Love Tyler, my beautiful friends.
We’re back for another drama-filled episode of Byron Baes, the show that taught me that people can talk and talk and talk, but it means absolutely nothing if the other other person isn’t listening.
On a side note, I’ve now had around three people in various group chats tell me confidentially that they know various of the cast members from the show. You know that thing where you’re in a hostel on the other side of the world and you hear an Australian accent, and you strike up a conversation, and you work out they were in your sister’s year of high school, and grew up like four houses down from you? I think that’s what happens in Australian reality TV - we are simply the suburb of the world.
Anyway, I won’t say names but:
one of the villains of the show has been described as “an empty vessel” by my friend who knows them
One friend of mine “vomited in the same pot plant” as one of the cast, at a high school party
I was told that one prominent cast member was “nice but unable to hold a conversation”
Not exactly spicy stuff, but further proof that we haven’t all mass-hallucinated this show.
Welcome back to our recaps - I’ve mostly recovered from COVID-19 now, but i’m very tired all the time. This isn’t a huge change, usually i’m very tired but spiritually and emotionally, because of all the choices I’ve made/ state of the world etc. It’s nice to be tired because of the virus ravaging my body and making my brain smaller. Anyway, I’m also really enjoying this show more - what a weird coincidence.
Anyway, let’s get recapping!!!!!
